The most succesful female kid competitor from Sonkal
Ondřej Vrábel, 2.6.2003 – About 170 competitors from all 6 regional „Talented youth organizations“ came to Třebon to compare their skills, last Saturday. Our taekwon-do school was represented by 14 competitors, as members of talented youth organization Prague II.
Kids competed in 3 disciplines and juniors in four. In kid category Ivana Hřebačková got gold medal in female patterns 4.kup and above and 2nd place in sparring up to 38 kg. Next silver medal won Pavla Dvořáková in patterns 6.-5.kup. Dominika Bardonová got 2 bronze medals for patterns 4.kup and above and sparring up to 38 kg and great second place in special techniques.
In juniors cathegory Eliška Meyerová took bronze medal in patterns 4.-3.kup and Pavel Zavadil shew us very nice patterns duel with Jan Chaloupka – victory was achieved by our competitor Pavel. In sparring we were mainly placing on second or third positions – Filip Konár 3rd place male sparring B up to 58 kg, Martina Bardonová 3rd and Lucie Kolmanová 2nd place in female sparring B up to –53kg. Martin Hlůže had been breaking boards so intensively that he won silver medal. Same type of medal was taken by Lucka Kolmanová in female juniors B power breaking.
In team competition both our teams got bronze in patterns and male team added 3rd places for special techniques and power breaking, we didn´t expect such a big success, but both teams practiced well and medals belongs them in equity. Martin Hlůže help to first male team (mainly formed by older boys from other schools) to achieve such a success as 2 gold (sparring, power breaking) and 1 silver medal (special techniques) really is. Lucka Kolmanová and Martina Bardonová helped in female team, which got 1st places in sparring and special techniques and bronze in power breaking.
Our „Talented youth organization Prague II“ placed on nice 3rd place and Title for the most succesful female kid of the competition which belongs to Ivana Hřebačková was nice surprice and end of the competition for Sonkal.
